Reza Amirkhani is a contemporary Persian novelist. Some of his novels, remarkably Man-e-oo (His Ego)^{[citation needed]}, has received some popular acclaim^{[citation needed]}. There are also Dastan-e-Sistan and Nasht-e-Nesha written by him that describes some social problems and their solutions. His latest novel BI VATAN has recently published and seems to receive the most public attention in tehran book fair 1387.

Amirkhani has studied mechanical engineering at Sharif University of Technology and is a graduate of National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents

Amirkhani Sets Record in Book Sales
Books by contemporary Iranian author Reza Amirkhani have sold for over five billion rials, setting a record in the history of Iranian contemporary literature.
According to IRNA, so far 223,900 copies of his books have sold for 5.3 billion rials.
